  • Profile & Identity Verification: Name, gender, image, country of residence, and government-issued ID for certain features (e.g. livestream or seller registration).
  • User Content: Videos, images, audio, comments, hashtags, livestreams, and associated metadata.
  • Messages: Messages sent between users or with sellers, including timestamps and participants.
  • Purchase Data: Billing and delivery information, payment method, and transaction history.
  • Contact Info: If you sync or import contacts, we collect names, phone numbers, or emails for friend suggestions.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Interactions, likes, content viewed, purchase behavior, search history, etc.
  • Device Data: IP address, device model, OS, screen resolution, system language, and app activity.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP, SIM, or device GPS (with consent).

C. Information From Third Parties

  • Social Media Login: If you sign in using Facebook, Google, etc., we receive your public profile and credentials.
  • Advertisers & Partners: We may receive hashed identifiers, ad interaction history, and inferred interests from third-party platforms.
  • Sellers and Fulfillment Providers: Order updates, delivery confirmation, and payment completion status.

D. Device Permissions and Media Access

  • Read and write external storage: This allows the app to access or store media files such as photos, videos, and audio (e.g., for uploading user-generated content or saving voice messages).
